Once your reservation is made, a deposit equal to 50% of your total stay is required. You can pay by check or ask for a Pay Pal invoice if you want to use a credit card. If you need to reschedule a confirmed reservation, there is a $10.00 rebooking fee. If you need to cancel, you will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee per room, with the balance of your deposit refunded back to you.
Check in is 4pm-8pm and Check out is 12noon. If you forgot something, don’t worry! Our bathrooms are well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bubble bath, cotton balls, Q-tips, toothpaste, mouthwash, and many other sundries. We do not provide maid service, so let us know if you need fresh linens.
We are happy to help you get to know the area and have a Concierge Desk filled with flyers, brochures, menus, etc. You can do as much or as little as you please. One thing is for sure– there is always something going on around town!
If you have dietary restrictions or food preferences, please let us know when you make your reservations. We can accommodate many different needs so that your breakfast is right for you. We specialize in reduced fat cookery, non-dairy selections, and heart healthy cuisine.
Breakfast is served from 7:30am-8:45am. You can come to breakfast in your bathrobe, slippers, and jammies if you wish. Tea and coffee are available 24/7 downstairs in the dining room. Need to leave before 7:30am? We will give you a continental breakfast “to go”.
Our home has many fragile and unique items for you to appreciate. Our Inn is smoke-free, and is not suitable for pets or for children under age 18. |
